We are very excited to have Damien join us here at the Black Duck Restaurant.
He has aquired a wide range of culinary styles that he has established for himself after working in some wonderful restaurants including the Maris(2 Hats) & Bistro Dorcel (1 Hat) in Victoria, The grand National ( 1 Hat) in Paddington and the Nuns Pool Restaurant Cronulla just to name a few.
Damien lives locally and would like to make the Black Duck a great dining experience for all the family, for lunch, dinner, and for all your functions.
